I can’t recommend Tim Ferguson more highly—especially for first time home owners! Scheduling an appointment soon was very easy, and the professionals who came out were wonderful. Pricing is fair and transparent, and the membership is well worth it. I just about paid for my membership on my first visit, and now have routine maintenance visits free of charge.
