Jackson, TN

Community involvement and support is one of the cornerstones of our company. The Tim Ferguson Plumbing, Air, & Electric corporate headquarters has been involved in the Jackson community since its opening in 1999.

Our Jackson location is a Platinum Sponsor for Runway for a Cure, Community Montessori Golden Apple Pie Partner, and also supports the American Heart Association Heart Walk, JDDC Trunk or Treat, Boy Scouts of America, Star Center, McNairy & Hardin County Baseball, Madison Academic Baseball, City of Jackson Little League, Bounce Back Basketball, The Ned, The Jackson Symphony, and more.

Memphis, TN

In April of 2014, Tim Ferguson Plumbing, Air, & Electric saw the opportunity to expand into the Memphis market. With the purchase of an established Mid-South company, we were able to bring the Tim Ferguson brand and the quality service our customers expect to the area.

Community Involvement is important to our company, no matter what community that is. Since becoming a part of the Memphis community, we have supported the GenorosiTea for LeBonheur as a headlining sponsor for 4 years, the Bartlett High School Soccer Team, and more.

COVID-19 Precautions

To our valued clients and community,

These are strange and unprecedented times. We wanted to take a moment to let you know that we at Tim Fergusons will continue to do everything we can to protect you, your family, your home and ourselves, during the Covid-19 (Coronavirus) pandemic.

We will remain open and continue to serve you to the best of our ability and offer the outstanding service we strive to offer every day. However, there are a few new precautions that we are taking as a business to limit anyone's possible exposure to this virus while taking care of any unfortunate home needs you may have:

--We have cancelled any regular staff and training meetings to keep from going over the recommended CDC group maximums.

--Technicians from our Madison, Shelby, and Rutherford County offices will remain in their locations and not work in areas other than their own.

--None of our Employees in the office or the field have had any symptoms of the Coronavirus in the past 7 days.

--None of our Employees have been outside of the United States in the past 90 days.

--All employees have been instructed on the symptoms to look for and have been instructed to report to their supervisor upon immediate occurrence of any of these symptoms shown in them or a family member and will be required to stay home based on CDC recommendations.

--Our employees have been instructed on the proper procedure of hand washing.

--Our technicians will continue the practice of using a new pair of shoe covers and new gloves at every residence or business they work in.

--Our office is being regularly cleaned and sterilized.

--We will continue to monitor the situation and will adjust our business practices with the safety of our employees and customers first in mind.

The safety and well-being of our customers and employees is and has always been a paramount concern. We take the responsibility of being welcomed into your home or business very seriously. Rest assured that we are there for you when you need us with everyone's health and safety in mind.
