We understand that you are busy and may not have time to wait for a service technician. We make it easy to schedule a service call – 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year – from our website. When it’s time for your service call, you can track your technician, so you will know exactly when to expect their arrival.

How We Charge

We believe that our customers should know exactly what they are paying for and always receive a fair price for services rendered.

With our Up Front Pricing, our customers are given options that best suit their situation before any work is performed. These prices are predetermined so that our customers never have to worry if they are being charged more than their neighbors. We charge a diagnosis fee for each service call and after a diagnosis has been made, we provide up front pricing for the entire job. The complete price is then clearly presented without any additional or hidden fees.

We believe that preventative maintenance of your home’s plumbing, heating, air, and electrical components is the best way to avoid untimely and expensive breakdowns. This leads to improved efficiency, maximum equipment lifespan, energy savings, and decreased repair costs.

These are strange and unprecedented times. We wanted to take a moment to let you know that we at Tim Fergusons will continue to do everything we can to protect you, your family, your home and ourselves, during the Covid-19 (Coronavirus) pandemic.

We will remain open and continue to serve you to the best of our ability and offer the outstanding service we strive to offer every day. However, there are a few new precautions that we are taking as a business to limit anyone's possible exposure to this virus while taking care of any unfortunate home needs you may have:

--We have cancelled any regular staff and training meetings to keep from going over the recommended CDC group maximums.

--Technicians from our Madison, Shelby, and Rutherford County offices will remain in their locations and not work in areas other than their own.

--None of our Employees in the office or the field have had any symptoms of the Coronavirus in the past 7 days.

--None of our Employees have been outside of the United States in the past 90 days.

--All employees have been instructed on the symptoms to look for and have been instructed to report to their supervisor upon immediate occurrence of any of these symptoms shown in them or a family member and will be required to stay home based on CDC recommendations.

--Our employees have been instructed on the proper procedure of hand washing.

--Our technicians will continue the practice of using a new pair of shoe covers and new gloves at every residence or business they work in.

--Our office is being regularly cleaned and sterilized.

--We will continue to monitor the situation and will adjust our business practices with the safety of our employees and customers first in mind.
