A technician came to our home from Tim Ferguson Jackson to fix some plumbing issues. He was very nice and professional. Unfortunately that evening, one of the issues that was fixed caused water to back up into our bathtub. The on-call technician, Winston, came out to fix and unclog the problem that evening. He was very nice, professional, and made sure the problem was correctly fixed. He never acted like it was an inconvenience to come out to our home at 9 PM. He also didn’t charge us extra to come out and fix that issue. I definitely recommend Tim Ferguson Jackson for your plumbing needs! Thanks again Winston!
