Whenever the need arises for a plumber, feel confident you can call our office where the phones will be answered 24/7 by a live person. From that point, the Tim Ferguson Plumbing, Heating and Air trained Customer Care Representative will be able to set a time that a fully trained plumber can come evaluate your plumbing problem. No estimates are given by the Customer Care Representative, instead all pricing is given up-front and in writing after the plumber has made his evaluation. Each and every home is just a bit different so, to insure we are able to give the best possible price for the job and your home, all prices are given by our trained technicians on site before any work is ever done.
